Thomas Dilamarter, Jr., MD, FAAFP

Dr. Dilamarter is the Medical Director of Chestnut Ridge Family Medical Care and a physician with wide experience in family practice medicine. He is distinguished by his personal involvement and interaction with the health care concerns of each patient. Formerly affiliated with the OLV Primary Care Center in Orchard Park, NY and CompHealth in Salt Lake City, UT, Dr. Dilamarter is an assistant clinical professor of medicine in the Family Medicine Department at the School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. He is a graduate of Canisius College, earned his MS and MD degrees at SUNY at Buffalo, and performed his residency in Family Practice Medicine at the Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA. Dr. Dilamarter is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Jennifer A. Yerke-McNamara, MD

Dr. Yerke-McNamara is the newest physician to join Chestnut Ridge Family Medical Care.   She is a lifelong Western New Yorker and looks forward to serving her community in the area she grew up in. She graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Geneseo with a BS in Biology, before completing her medical doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine in 2012. Dr. Yerke-McNamara completed her family medicine residency at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital thru the University at Buffalo where she served as the chief resident. In addition, she has been employed as an urgent care physician with MASH Urgent Care since 2014. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She currently resides in the Southtowns with her husband.

Melissa A. Spaeth, RPA-C

Melissa is a registered physician assistant who graduated summa cum laude with a MS in Physician Assistant Studies and a BS in Health Science from Daemen College in 2005. In 2001, she earned a BS in Biology from SUNY at Geneseo. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Melissa has practiced in Family Medicine since 2005. She and her husband reside in Hamburg with their son.
