Thomas Dilamarter, Jr., MD, FAAFP

Dr. Dilamarter is the Medical Director of Chestnut Ridge Family Medical Care and a physician with wide experience in family practice medicine. He is distinguished by his personal involvement and interaction with the health care concerns of each patient. Formerly affiliated with the OLV Primary Care Center in Orchard Park, NY and CompHealth in Salt Lake City, UT, Dr. Dilamarter is an assistant clinical professor of medicine in the Family Medicine Department at the School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. He is a graduate of Canisius College, earned his MS and MD degrees at SUNY at Buffalo, and performed his residency in Family Practice Medicine at the Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA. Dr. Dilamarter is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Josie T. Sisson, RPA-C

Josie T. Sisson is a registered physician assistant with over thirty years experience in the healthcare field. Josie was initially a LPN in a medical surgical floor at Pelham Bay General Hospital in Bronx, NY. She attended St John University in Queens, NY, earning a BS degree in Allied Health in 1987 and trained at Bayley Seton Hospital where she earned her Physician Assistant Certificate. She is currently board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She has practiced in a number of medical arenas including surgery as a first assistant, alcohol and drug detoxification, and family practice.

Josie has been practicing in Family Medicine since 1995, first at Leola Family Practice in Leola, PA and then with Dr. Thomas Dilamarter at Chestnut Ridge Family Practice in Orchard Park, NY. She is currently working on her certification as a diabetic educator. Josie resides with her husband and three children in Orchard Park, NY.

Melissa A. Spaeth, RPA-C

Melissa is a registered physician assistant who graduated summa cum laude with a MS in Physician Assistant Studies and a BS in Health Science from Daemen College in 2005. In 2001, she earned a BS in Biology from SUNY at Geneseo. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Melissa has practiced in Family Medicine since 2005. She and her husband reside in Hamburg with their son.
